Education/ Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in education.
• Valid Teaching Certificate
• Teaching experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong Computer Skills
• Well organized
• Happy to work with teenagers.
• Commitment to education and human development.
• Responsibility and punctuality.

Responsibilities include:

• Curriculum mapping.
• Best practices using standard-based learning, teaching, and assessing.
• Plan lessons, adapting them as needed to address different learning levels.
• Use various instructional models and strategies.
• Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students’ needs and interests.
• Assess students to evaluate their abilities, strengths, and weaknesses.
• Teach students using a workshop model.
• Use assessments to monitor progress and provide effective feedback.
• Communicate with parents about students’ progress.
• Work with individual students to challenge them, to improve their abilities, and to work on their weaknesses.
• Participate in student activities.
• Contribute to the overall life of the Secondary school with a positive attitude and growth mindset.
